Program overview
The Media Missionary training program is for young people who want to have a practical year in TV-production, and want to experience front-line missions. You will be part of a young professional team with a spiritual fellowship around the Word of God, and a passion for soul-winning.

The Media Missionary training program is an apprenticeship-style program, built around LifeStyleTV’s varied production schedule. The year is comprised of three parts: 1) Basic training in both media production and media evangelism; 2) Introductory training in all aspects of media ministry; 3) Specialty hands-on training in both studio camera operation and public evangelism, as well as one to two specialty areas.

Our goal for each student is to be able to produce attractive high-quality media productions, as well as to understand the Adventist message and how to communicate it effectively to people. We believe that content is most important, and that media is just a way to communicate and enhance a message.

Throughout the year you will be involved in the outreach program of the local church. This could include giving personal Bible studies, conducting public surveys, sharing your musical talents or being part of cooking schools, LifeStyleEXPOs and public mini-series.

Our vision is to see Media Missionaries completing their year, equipped as effective ambassadors for Christ, with: a closer walk with God, and a deeper passion for to win souls; effective skills and experience in media production; and great memories and new friendships to cherish for life.
